I have been on the phone with Kean at Globe Hotline (211) and he did try to resolve the issue but he cant. I asked for a supervisor (since on my previous call, Nicole a supervisor was able to help me) and he tried to de-escalate and I assured him that my concern was not him. I asked again to be transferred up to the nth time but he did not. finally he put me on 3rd or 4th hold for the longest time until call got disconnected. Is this customer service? I called again (going through the hoops of IVR, also they should take out the line that says 'i hope you are having a good morning/afternoon) and got Red and Jade, both call was released. Is this the right customer service?
you should go to the nearest Globe center if you have time and ask for activation there
