You can callthe 24-customer service hotline of Globe. Just dial 211 or 027301000. You can request the temporary disconnection of line to the csr. You can also request for a sim replacement.
2 ways for sim replacement:
• Delivery - just request it to the hotline. Delivery SLA within NCR is 2 working days
• Store Pickup - visit the nearest Globe Store and request for a sim replacement. You can also request for sim activation in Globe Stores.
