    Anyare sa Globe? Pangit ng Serbesyo!

      Mga 3 months pa lang akong subscriber ng Globe DSL- 1,299/month.

       

      Problems ko:

      1. Walang bill na hinhatid sa bahay, kaya di ko alam kung kailan ako magbabayad kasi nga bago pa lang akong subscriber.

      2. Minsan, while surfing the internet, nareredirected ako sa website ng globe..

       

      "Related to Online Game" - Crossfire

      3. While playing, palagi na lang napuputol laro ko dahil may error na lalabas dahil sa Internet Connection, 4 days na tong problem ko while playing.

      4. Tinawag ko yung problem sa Globe tas may nakausap akong MGA agent,  madaming beses ko ng tinawag about ung problem ko while playing. 

       

      Ito mga sagot nila sa ibat-ibang araw:

      1. Magtetext daw kung ok na ang linya, so nagtext tas ok na daw pero Wala naman, may problem pa din.

      2. May limit daw at mawawala na yung limit in 6AM pero 4 days ko na tong problem at apat na na 6AM ganun parin. Tas sinabi ko na 4 days na to tas di naman bumabalik, tapos ung reason na naman ng agent is may inaayos daw sa Area. 
      EH ANO NGA BA TALAGA!?

          Problem
          1. Maybe they are sending you at your e-mail. Please call globe foe better checking. Saka maybe the courrier ang may problem at hinuhulaan kung saan dinadala ang bill nyo po
          2. This means Globe have problems. Try Changing your DNS Servers to OpenDns or Google Public DNS
          3.What game are you trying to play?
          4.I don't know ah. Pero Globe and the game should have proof that their system have problems.


          1. Report the technician to the hotline and ask them for a new techician..
          2. If there are problems in your area the only thing we can do is wait to fix it
