    Renewal of contract vs New line activation

      Bakit pag pag over the phone ka gumawa ng transaction 5 working days ang process para ipickup yung phone pero yung sa kapatid ko over the counter niya ginawa yung application niya ng plan within 30 mins nakuha niya na yung phone.  Naguguluhan lang.

          Sa aking pagkakaalam po ay magkaiba ang stocks inventory ng renewal at new line.

          kaya po minsan ay mapapansin ninyo na meron model ng cellphone ang inoofer sa new line na wala sa renewal and vice versa....

              ano pong mai-sa-suggest niyo? renew ng contract pero upgrade or kumuha ng new line...

              kasi magpaparenew na po sana ako to MySuperPlan 999, pero parang ayaw kong mag-renew kung ang phone lang na free ay BlackBerry at Cloudfone, kasi pag sa new line may free na Samsung or Huawei sa plan na yan.. bakit po ganun? hindi ba dapat mas okay yung offer nila sa renewal?

              @boatman777 renewal of contract and loyalty reward is being handle by hotline. For new line both hotline and globe store can process your request though mas mabilis sa globe store but there are exclusive offers ang online/hotline

                Ang pangit lang kasi nag start na kagad yung plan nang di ko pa nakukuha yung phone di ko naman magamit yung internet sa blackberry.

                  Magkaiba kasi ang stocks for Recontracting and New Line applications. :-) Yung mga handset na i-ppick up ng mga subscriber sa Globe Stores ay galing pa sa Loyalty department na allocation kaya mas matagal ang turn around time sa Recontracting, however, manonotify naman ang subscriber once the unit is available earlier! :-)

                    As what i have read from this thread, yung Loyalty Program is handled by hotline only and not the Globe Store though mas mabilis sa Globe Store. But when I called the hotline from the globe store ang tgal bago maconnect and hindi naconnect tlga and time consuming so I decided not to continue the call.

                    I just want to clarify again if it would not be possible to talk to an agent on the Globe Store to discuss these loyalty issues since i have many questions like
                    -what are the possible rewards I could get
                    -how much should I prepare
                    And so and so.

                    Kasi what I experienced nga is wala akong nakausap from the hotline.

                        You are absolutely right, the Hotline answers questions about  the Loyalty Program. Since it is a Sunday, I suggest try calling them now. It is off-pick hours. Their number is (02) 730-1300 on a landline.

                         

                        If you decide to get a new phone for the Loyalty, you have the option to pick-up the phone in a Globe Business Center. When talking to the Hotline, tell them you want to pick it up in a Business Center of your choice.

                         

                        To answer your two questions; The first one: get a new phone or bill rebates (in exchange of a 24 or 30 month contract). The second one, it depends on the phone you want to get.

                        Fup ng reqst ko tp retrievey calls last dec apparently for the infos that your agents gave. Ive been trying to call your hotline but unfortunately no action taken. I requested that last april of this year pa and i even talked to your supervisor tess servo but she's not efficient!

                          it's true na magkaiba ang stocks ng store versus sa Loyalty Hotline, pwede ka naman magrenew sa store pero i think they will tell you to call Loyalty hotline for more offers, the hotline may offer a different option compare sa store, or sometimes sa hotline may plan sila na inoofer na wala sa store, i guess marketing strategy un for retention anyway, it's correct na you have an option  to renew  over the phone at ask them if you can pick up the unit sa nearest globe store, provided na ung unit ay available dun, i tried that before, since nasa bandang south area ako at that time, i called retentions kung pede pick up na lang since d pa naman nadedeliver yung unit sa bahay, advised them na nasa bandang south area ako, unang store option was in festivalmall kaso di kami tumuloy magpunta dun  we end up sa sm muntinlupa, and i told them kung pede dun ko na kunin ung unit, they asked the store  may available na same unit, so i was able to get the phone sa store, at sabi sa hotline they  will just deliver the supposedly unit sa globe sm  muntinlupa,
