Usually they activate it within 24-48hrs after installation.
In your case w/c is more than 48hrs, you need to call the hotline and make a follow up.
#s are 211 for mobile and 02-730-1000 for landline

DSL was installed last friday (1/24) sabi ng install team, within 24hrs daw ang activation.
After 24 hours (1/25) wala pa, so i chat globe online and said to wait another 24hrs.
After 24 hours again (1/26) same issue, agent told me to wait for another 24hrs.
After another 24 hours (1/27) , we tried calling 211 since globeChat aint helping.
Eto ba naman ang sinabi. wala pa daw na file na follow up so gagawa muna sya ng bago so we have to wait for another 24hours nanaman daw!
And then kanina (tuesday - 1/28) we tried calling again and they are again asking for another 24-48 hours!!!
ano ba naman klase yan, buti sana di nalang sila nag bigay commit date para di ako nag eexpect at di ako daily na ffolow up, kakairita grabe!!

If it is installed at 2/4/14 but no internet connection, then the internet came on the modem at 2/5/14
-So the activation would be on 2/6/14 until 2/7/14 (If still not activated) then call the hotline
The hotline to inform you again within 24 hours because they have notified their Support Team to fix it as soon as possible
feedback is within 24 hrs while completion of the report is 3-5 working days.
