      I have been charged P15,000 last July 2013 and until now hindi pa rin maayos ng globe ung adjustments. From third party daw ito, kasi may nagsend sakin ng isang libong picture message worth P15 each which I didn't even request dhil bigla nalang nilang sinend. The time I received those text messages, tinawag ko agad sa customer service to have reported and they assured me n hindi ako maccharge for that. Pero nagulat ako pagdating nung bill ko lumabas 15k. At doon n nagsimula ang kalbaryo  ko sa globe. I went to their store (SM aura) pra idispute. I even showed the text I received and they confirmed na from third party. Blinock nman nila ung 4 digit number and they said ginawan n ng report para iwave ng credit department ung charges. Pag dating ng bill ko, nagulat ako at nandun parin. Tmawag ako ulet pra isalaysay ang mga pangyayari, sabi nung mga nakausap ko, they will have to file a request and forward my issue with high priority sa credit department.. Someone from globe shoot me a message via twitter at nagooffer ng help, naapreciate ko nman yun, too bad wla rin sya nagawa. Halos everday ako tumatawag to follow up on my case pero laging sinasabi ifforward nila sa credit department pra maresolve ung issue. Ilang supervisors na rin ang nakausap ko and they said the same thing over and over. " I will personally monitor your account and give you an update regarding your concern", naalala ko pa ang mga sinsabi ng mga competent n supervisors nila. And guess what, its been 6 months wla pa rin nakakresolve ng issue ko. Naghahanao na ako ng manager at director pero nakapagtataka laging wla ang Managers nila, o bka naman ayaw lang nila ako ipakausap sa mga managers o baka naman competent din tong mga managers nila kaya ayaw akong kausapin. Anyway, di ko na mabilang kng ilang beses ako tumtawag sa kanila at pagod na akong magexplain paulet ulet sa globe. All I want is to have a clean Billing Statement bwan bwan hindi yung puro outstanding balance and nkikita ko. Babayaran ko naman ito kng ginastos ko to sa calls or text pero hindi eh. Why would I pay for something which I didnt even use or request. Globe is a multi million company, but why they can't have the 15k waived. Bakit globe, bakit? I've been loyal to you yet eto pa ang igaganti nyo sakin. Sana makarating ito sa  upper management ng Globe kasi frustration is an undersatement!
