        Try re-calling the hotline Account Department. They will say though,

          Here are the tips about your landline features. I hope this helps.

           

          Four landline features available:

          1. Call Waiting

          2. Call Forwarding

          3. Multi Calling or Three Way

          4. Caller ID

           

          Note: (not a default when you subscribe, you have to call to activate plus additional charge)

           

          Procedure:

          1. Call Waiting (given: active from provider)

           

          Scenario:

          Customer A (subscriber) received/called Caller B

          Another call came in: Customer A presses the plunger "DO NOT press FLASH" - doesn't work using Globe provided phone, then press 2. Caller B is now on hold and Customer A - Caller C are connected.

           

          To toggle between Caller B and Caller C, press plunger + 1 = (for Customer A and Caller B) ; press plunger  + 2 = (for Customer A and Caller C).

           

          2. Call Forwarding

           

          To Enable:

          Press # + 210 + phone number (e.g. 0917 - ... ) + #

           

          TO Disable:

          Press # + 211 + #

           

          3. Multi Calling or Three Way

           

          Scenario:

          Customer A (subscriber)  received/called Caller B.

          To call: Caller C

          Customer A presses the plunger + dial the number of Caller C. Once connected, Caller B is on hold.

          To Conference:

          Customer A presses the plunger + 3. Now, three of you should be talking.

           

          4. Caller ID

           

          You can buy your phone unit compatible with Caller ID or you can request from *Globe to replace your existing phone unit.

          *You will have to pay for the unit.
