    I got my package on Feb 1 but my sim is still not activated. Every customer service in Hotline or in Stores they will just ask me to wait for 24 hours after waiting for 100+ hours. Where can I escalate this issue?

      Hi,

       

      It's been more than 100 hours since I got the package but my sim is still not activated. The Hotline told me to wait for another 24 hours. I asked the store customer service and they also told me to wait for another 24 hours. Only one agent on the hotline told me that in 2 hours after I received the plan package the sim would've been activated and will be monitored for 24 hours. But after 48 hours and it is still not activated Globe will have to replace the sim card. So I went to Globe Store to have it replaced but the agent customer service handed me a landline phone to call the Globe Hotline as usual the agent asked me to wait FOR 24 HOURS!!!!!
