    LTE Home Broadband No Signal

      Plan 999 - 3mbps, almost 1 month na kaming walang internet. araw-araw kaming tumatawag sa cust.service

      puro Job Order na lang binibigay ng wala namang feedback galing sa staff nyo. ilang 24hrs ba kailangang

      hintayin. kaya nyo bang ayusin ng di nyo pinupuntahan? kung walang problema sa location or signal, baka pwede

      puntahan nyo ang unit or dahilan kaya nyo pinababayaran ang unit para kapag nasira wala na kayo pakialam?

      ang binayad namin sa nagkabit 999 + 200 (bayad sa unit), next billing 999 na lang daw sabi ng nagkabit. pero sa billing namin

      may monthly na bayad para sa unit, at may charge pa pati installation... total of more than P1500.00.

          Good day! After globe fix the problem you may request bill rebate naman. Interms baka may network issue and/or hintay tayo if nabigyan ng job order para mapuntahan.

              Ms.Jeian, hindi rebate ang concern ko dito. 50 pesos a day for unli net ang ginagastos ko simula ng nawalan ako ng connection, pde ko ba yun irefund? Ang concern dito yung wala man lang kaming makuhang sagot sa staff nyo. Sabi ng cust service wla nmn daw problema sa signal sa location namin at sinabi din naming may connection mga kapitbahay namin. Di pa ba sapat para puntahan nyo, puro job order wala nman feedback. Sabi pa ng CS nyo wala daw pupunta kasi thru call lang ang pagaayos nyo. Paano maaayos kung antenna or unit ang may problema?

              Hello zsuiluj, good day.. ganito na lang.. tawag ka ulit.. request mo na kung pwede mag stop muna yung billing sa inyo kasi wala naman kayong internet service..billing will resume kapag naayos na ng globe ang problema ng internet nyo.. para naman mapilitan sila na puntahan ka dyan..:)

               

              GlennO , hi..wala bang taga globe na nandito na pwedeng mag escalate ng issue na to?

                to answer one of your questions you wont be credited sa daily gastos mo na 50 pesos internet connection mo because it is not part of your monthly service and it was your personal choice.

                 

                  regarding naman sa main issue, i would recommend to call the dsl tech support thru phone, and ask:

                1. May technician bang umayos ng line mo? Since meron kang order number At 1 month ka ng naghihintay ng resolution.

                2. tanong mo ulit kung ano ang problem at papaano nila ireresolve at kailan.

                3. And you need to ask for credits sa time na walng kang service sa BILLING nde sa tech support kasi wala kang mapapala sa kanila about the bills.

                4.Wag mong kalimutang kumalma, dahil tao rin sila at ugaling pinoy. So chill.

                 

                    And if you dont mind, is the DSL LIGHT blinking or steady green? Kasi kung steady green ang dsl light madali lang yan ayusin pero pag hindi technician dispatch talaga, kung sakaling may Modem ka.

                    Sabi kasi may rebate naman daw sa billing ko, sabi ko naman di naman yong rebate ang concern ko dito, nasabi

                    ko lang naman na 50 pesos daily yong nagagamit ko para lang may connection ako simula ng nawalan.

                    1. Walang technician na nagpupunta. every other day kami tumatawag after ma-expired ang 24hrs.

                    2. Wala naman daw problema sa signal sa location namin at wala din daw maintenance.

                    3. Ang problema sa tech support nila wala man lang feedback, ni hi/hello wala. pagtawag mo the other day

                    ang sasabihin na lang ng cust. service closed na yong job order. So, gagawa ulit ng job order at ifoforward sa

                    tech support nila. every other day kami tumatawag para lang call yong attention nila pero wala pa rin...

                    4. Kalmado pa yan sir.

                     

                    LTE Home Broadband gamit namin sir, yong bar signal totally red. Mag-iisang buwan pa nga lang naming

                    nagagamit.

                    I understand the frustration and sakit talaga sa ulo ang issue mo, MY PERSONAL OPINION for this would be to call technical support back thru phone, explain mo na pagod ka na sa kakatawag and ask for a SUPERVISOR.

                     

                    syempre, as usual kalam at humingi ka ng tulong kung papano aayusin ang issue na yan, and they would give you some arrangements on how are they going to fix it, ask for credits, ask for assurance, ask for callback. in the end na wala pa rin. either you threaten na mag dedemanda ka due to FRAUD dahil sa dami dami ng promises na binigay sayo at binabayaran mo ang internet mo, i think may kaso na tayo dito. or second option would be to CANCEL YOUR service.

                      Usually, kapag ganitong scenario, ang basic troubleshooting lang na ipapagawa sau ay:

                       

                      >If  with external antenna, you have to check if antenna cable is properly connected to modem antenna port


                      >If you don’t have external antenna, you have to relocate the modem

                       

                      >Perform Modem Power recycle

                       

                      >If still unresolved, Tech agent will create RPO case and forward it to NTG SD (SLA 24 hrs w/ feedback)

                       

                      >TL/ADMIN: to provide feedback to the subscriber -


                      so I suggest, since technically, wala naman talagang technician na pupunta sa inyo for repair (except for modem problems), pag tumawag ka sa hotline, ask them for a supervisor's call. Lalo na sa case mo na medyo matagal na.

                          I think yung 999 na binayaran mo is advance mo yun, then meron itong installation fee na 999 for 3 months like nung neighborehood namin.. then sa phone 200 for 6months..

                          globe offers naman ng Rebates once beyond 24 hours...

                          Better ask again sa Hotline if anong reason ba why until now wala ka pag connection...

                            I am experiencing the same problem. From the day they migrated the Wimax to LTE, I cannot use my internet properly AT ALL!! Sobrang hassle, we weren't given a choice if we want to retain our Wimax account or not. They just said that they are phasing out all Wimax accounts, replacing them with LTE, which was supposed to be FASTER. Of course, end users will agree to migrate, it's LTE. That means faster connection. But that is not the case, I cannot load anything at all after the migrate.
