      hindi nagtu-turn on yung wifi router namin mid-late ng january. nagsettle kami ng bill, nagpa-upgrade ng 3mb at nagrequest ng bagong router noong feb.3. tumawag yung globe sa contact number namin ansabe na-upgrade na daw yung 1mb to 3mb, tapos yung router daw is w/in 24hrs idedeliver pero wla namang dumating na service ng globe to deliver yung router. tumawag ako noong feb.6 to follow up yung request, tapos ang sabi saken completed n daw ung previous transaction w/c is ung 1mb-3mb pero ndi pa nman nadeliver ung router, so nagpa-process ulit kme ng request. tapos nitong feb.10 tumawag ulit ako kasi ndi pdn dumadating tas ang sabi cancelled daw yung request so nagrequest ulit kami sa router, tapos ngayon feb. 13 na wala pdn.. anu ba dapat naming gawin? nakakafrustrate na eh -_-
