    alternative method to reseting mpin beside calling 2882.

      calling gcash "hotline" is a waste of time. 2882 have no selections to talk to a customer service representative. tried calling toll free line, land line and even borrowed a phone with globe line and they all leads to a disappointment.

      Im on a postpaid plan, so KYCing is not required.yes?.

      PS: I suggest to replace voice greetings of 2882 from "welcome to gcash hotline" to "welcome to gcash coldline".
