Thanks for all your replies. I understand that this is not for account specific issue or inquiry. As I've mentioned, i was just hoping that somebody could help or advise me how to proceed my request, which you already advised. Anyway, I have again dialed in 211 and re-keyed my SIM serial number.
you can try basic trouble shooting.. turn off your mobile and remove the battery and sim for a minute then put it back and turn on and see if works.if not call hotline or go to chat2globe.com and request again for sim activation but this time ask for reference number so you can follow up the status of your request everyday..
