Have you tried to use this service using your number to other number? Was it sucessful or not? If yes your number is active for this service but if its the first time your use the service there is a possibility that your account has inactive share a load service. You may call the Hotline to check the status. Or maybe your account is active with that service but your mother's number is inactive.
Does your mom's number a postpaid number? If that so your transaction is void because its unuseful for postpaid.
