Have you tried signing up for "My Account" at https://accounts.globe.com.ph/registration ? You can use your present email address or your Facebook, Google or even Yahoo accounts for signing up.
By doing so, you would be able to view your account details including your bills which would include the past payments made.
I was even told that soon, even official receipts no matter where the payment was made, could be viewed and printed through this online facility.
Another option is if you have GServices app installed, you can point to the upper left portion of the screen and choose Edit Account Info. At the bottom there's a "My emails" section. Click on your email and it will give you an option to change your default email.
