    sim activation


      I had recontracted... from unli call and txt to plann 999 iphone 5s. My plan ended feb 17 2014. My new plan supposedly took effect feb 18.. i have called 100 times already but they can see a pending status on my account. 5 agents already sent an email to the support team ... and i am only getting an advise that i need to wait for 24 to 48 hrs... i think ive waited for for than that because its already feb 22.. they took my sim serial 5 times already and nothing happened... i just wann throw my phone because its useless!!!!!!!! Help!!!!! Yes i need help!!!!!!! I have given all the patience i have!!!!!!

          The effectivity of the plan will be the day after your cut off date. when is your cut off date? you can determine when by checking your bill like 11-Jan 2014 to 10- Feb 2014 hence the account cut off date is every 10th of the month.
