    postpaid sim activated but no signal

      I have receive an email that my account was already activated....How come it is activated,no service on the network signal, NO
      CALL, NO TECT MSG, NO INTERNET CONNECTION…What should be done to have a this
      globe network signal and still no mobile number for this postpaid sim…Had already turn on/off the phone a many many times but still no service....Is this
      also means that my bill starts at 19Feb2014? If it is how come I cannot used
      what is been planned on this postpaid?
