try to turn off the the mobile data or you may call the hotline regarding with load decrementation complaint, you will be advised to monitor the concern for 5 days
If load being deducted was multiples of P5.00, probably that's because of mobile data charges. Otherwise, Value Added Services e.g. Ringback Tone, Polytones, etc. may be the reason.
Feel free to call the hotline to have it checked.
Operating hours: 8PM - 10PM
*Calling the hotline is free of charge but P7.50 maintaining balance is required to be connected.
Aside from those which are mentioned above which are all valid, baka naman gutom lang ang Globe (pun intended).
Seriously though, sa postpaid nga may glitches ang system eh sa prepaid pa. One advantage of postpaid though is the ability to check the charges through the billing statement.
Good luck and we hope you'd find the cause.
mas maganda itawag mo sa care hotline yung concern mo, they have all the tools and systems to check kung ano cause ng load deduction mo..
Globe actually has all the tools and systems to check but the subscriber has to be proactive about it and would have to know at least an idea or suspect to what the problem is otherwise, based on experience, nothing may happen.
If you get daily or bi-monthly text from 4-digits numbers other than 8888 and 4438, you are probably subscribed to Value-added services or VAS. The easiest way to know is to ask your contact if they hear special ringtones whenever they calĺ you.
If VAS is not the culprit, your pocket data is probably enabled and push notifications and auto-updates are activated. This is why a lot of FREE FB users reported missing load when in reality its not the FB usage that's getting charged.
Can i ask for help for 2266 is eating up my load on a P10 per week basis they are sending mms which i can not receive and i can not even see or hear for it is not compatible with iphone 4G. Which i am using now.
That is 2600 not 2266. Correction po.
Same bad experience. Nice Globe, you're always nice.
I contacted globe hotline.
my load deducts and the reason of globe is that even in wifi connect, if wifi has low signal it automatically connect to mobile data and disconnects when wifi Is back.
They returned back the load that was deducted to me (and they can only monitor 2 days back when load deducts) (my bad, it has been happening to me more than two months ago. Tsk tsk .. shouldnhave complained then)
Solution: text SURFALERT ON send to 8080.
I don’t know if this will really work now. I have to monitor in the next days.
