Since last year, I am disconnected sa Globe Rewards. I cant access points balance, sharing, and redeeming. I did chat with Globe via Live Chat and also did called them many times but all they did is submitting a report but no feedback. They told me that I am currently disconnected sa Globe Rewards since I have an overdue balance, well I told them that I don't have. They checked it and I am right. So they just do is report it and told me to wait within 24 hours to 48 hours. When nothing happens within 48 hours, I tried again calling them but still they just report it. That's all. Soon my points will expire, I hope they're not doing it on purpose.
