    appreciation with apologies


      There were some miscommunications and misunderstanding I had with a male customer representative in dealing with my request for a change of mobile number. Due to my imperfection, I lost my temper and I had made this person an innocent victim of my sting and venom.


      But he was very polite in dealing with me. Though my problem was not solved by him, I extend my apology for my loss of self control and my appreciation for his politeness and humility in dealing with me.


      My problem was solved by a female customer representative whose name I forgot ( pardon my being a baby boomer ) who practically solved my problem in a very satisfactory and exemplary way.


      I truly commend the two of them. One for being patient in getting my sting and venom and another one who got the best out me by doing good service.
