    temporarily deactivated bcoz of overdue balance unpaid?

      wala pang 2months yung postpaid plan ko (Jan 18 2014 ako nagapply).. yung inaapply ko yung plan ko nilagay ko sa fill up form na gawin autodebit/autocharge sa credit card ko yung bill.. then feb. dumating na bill ko.. so hinayaan ko lang kasi expected ko na auto debit.. then last week.. may nagtext sakin na unpaid pa raw yung balance ko.. hinayaan ko lang kasi expected ko nga naka auto charge na sa CC.. tapos nagtext ulit naging double na yung bill ko (for last month + this month).. tinawag ko ngayon sa GCS, hindi pala nila inauto charge.. so nagsend sila ng form para ifill up ko ulit regarding auto charge.. (that was yesterday lang) tinanong ko sa CS tska sa tipidcp forum (globe thread) kung wala bang late payment charge wala naman daw kahit quarterly ako magbayad ok lang.. and they confirmed it..

       

      tapos today, temporarily deactivated yung sim ko (hindi ako maka call and text).. in the 1st place sila naman may mali hindi nila inautodebit.. tapos wala pang late payment fee so pwedeng late talaga magbayad.. so bakit nga nila idedeactivae??

       

      sinubukan ko tumawag sa hotline para i-reactivate.. ewan ko kung tama ginawa ko kasi self service ginawa ko.. tapos may P100 fee pa kapag gusto mo kausapin yung CS para sila mag process.. parang tanga naman yun..

       

      gusto ko talaga kausapin yung CS para malinaw pero bakit ako magbabayad pa ng P100..

          I understand your concern.

           

          Yes. "Sila ang may mali".

           

          However, you were notified before the disconnection of your unpaid balances.  May Pagkukulang ang Globe. Pero may pagkukulang ka din.

           

          Your account was temporarily disconnected because of unpaid balance.  The system automatically disconnected your line.

           

          Moving forward. If you have already updated your account, you may just call the hotline and follow the IVR's instructions for re-connection. You don't need to talk to any Creature from the hotline for the re-connection.

           

          I definitely recommend you follow up the status of the Auto-Debit Arrangement before your next cut off.

              thanks for the reply sir..

               

              hindi ko talaga isesettle yung unpaid balance ko kasi mado-double yung payment ko.. baka nagbayad na ako over the counter tapos ibabawas pa nila sa credit card ko.. tska late na yung notification nila.. Feb 13 2014 yung due ng 1st bill ko then nagnotify lang March 2 2014 na unpaid pa yung 1st bill ko.. then nag follow up ng March 4.. tapos yesterday lang ako nagcomplain about auto charge..

               

              eto pa yung malinaw na sinabi ng CSR and some globe postpaid subscriber sa ibang forums.. they confirmed na walang late payment fee.. so kung walang late payment charge.. bakit nila idedeactivate yung sim??

               

              and eto, some subscribers na nakausap ko.. they pay their bills every 2months yung iba pa nga quarterly eh.. so kung pwede ganun mag settle ng bayad.. bakit sakin na late lang ng 15days deactivate na.. pero yung iba quarterly magbayad.. thats why gusto ko kausapin thru phone yung CSR para iexplain sakin.. pero walang option sa hotline para kausapin sila.. ang way lang para makausap sila is siguro yung sila magpoprocess ng reactivation pero may P100 w/c is parang stupid namin.. magbabayad ako para lang iactivate yung line ko..

                  (But there is a truth to the claims of some subscribers.)

                   

                  Anyway, your contract gives the network the right to temporarily disconnect your line because of unpaid balances.

                   

                  Parang kapag tumawid ka sa kalsada at ikaw lang ang hinuli. Hindi mo naman pwedeng sabihin na bakit ako lang? Why only me?

                   

                  There is an option in the Consumer Hotline 211 to talk to a CSR.
