There are many ways to get a plan with Globe. Please visit this ---> https://www.globe.com.ph/postpaid-plan-application-requirements to check if you have any of the following requirements.
Have a wonderful day!
The requirements that notevenfollowed posted are merely evidences that:
1. You are the person really applying for the plan;
2. You have a valid address where they can send you your statement of account and any legal documents pertaining to your account; and
3. You can afford and are capable of sustaining the plan for the minimum period you are applying for.
If those evidences cannot be supplied by you for some reason, then Globe would want to have some kind of leverage by letting you pay 6 months of your Monthly Service Fee (MSF) in advance or letting you look for a guarantor who is a Globe subscriber of good standing and who would be willing to be liable in case you do not fulfill your obligations as a subscriber.
