To all the admins of Globe and hopefully it will reach the higher positions. Experiencing Globe for almost 2 years. Ang masasabi ko lang... Ok service ng Globe and I commend them for their fast reactions. My only problem with Globe is that the DATA CAP SYSTEM they have implemented. I understand why they implemented such act but I think it is too much.

Para sa akin lang hindi naman masama yung data cap. Pang limit nga sya eh. Pero para sa tinaguriang Social Networking Capital of the world parang masyadong maliit ang data caps natin.
May 1g, 3gb or 7gb.. but I think para sa mga Pinoy it is too small for us. Lalo na sa mga heavy users like me. For example, ako I like to watch YouTube in HD (who doesn't?) ang tanging dahilan lang naman kung bakit eh kasi matagal magdownload yung video.. problema na yun sa ISP kung mabagal sila. Now, watching in HD means more data to download. An HD video can range from 300mb - 700mb (720p) but if I want watching films in HD format we are talking about big amounts of MB and may even be Gigs. Kung sasabihin nyo naman edi manuod ka nalang ng 360p. User discretion na yun. Since they have this so called "unli" attached to their marketing I think they should raise the data cap limits para naman fair sa lahat. Kasi sa totoo lang ang Pinoy talaga mahilig gumamit ng internet. Biruin mo ilang YouTube Videos in HD lang yun. Minsan, I do research and most of the times Video sya so mabilis kong mapupuno ang bandwidth ko. Looking at the page of GlobePH in FB Globe Telecom | Facebook makikita mo talga kung gaano ka dissatisfied ang mga users dahil nga siguro mababa ang data cap at alam naman nating lahat kung ano mangyayari sa atin.. slower internet connections. Dapat siguro may bonuses yung on-time magbayad, lalo na siguro kung advanced lagi. Still, I'm keeping my loyalty to Globe for I think there are no other companies that match Globe's customer service. But still, compared to foreign ISP's, wala paring pambato ang Pinas sa bilis ng internet. Huwag naman kayong maging magnanakaw. Tapatan nyo ang service sa ibinabayad ng mga tao. Tandaan nyo ang tao ang bibigay sa inyo ng yaman nyo. I'm not exaggerating this but I ever magkaron ng people power online, netizens are as powerful as those offline citizens. Huwag nyong sasabihing hindi kaya tumiis ng Pinoy ng internet dahil natitiis ng Pinoy ang sakuna. It will just take a small amount of people to start a war. At alam ko kaya kayong lugihin ng mga ordinaryong tao lamang. For the user's sake. Improving your services is not enough but rather improving the satisfaction of users can earn their trust to the company itself.
