When buying a compatible modem, you have to take note of the frequency. Be sure it can detect Globe frequency. Please see below:
3G = 850Mhz / 2100MHz
4G = 1800Mhz
Have a wonderful day!
Thanks for your reply but I was more interested in what the underlying models of these current devices are:
Tattoo 4G Flash
Tattoo LTE Prepaid Stick
Tattoo 4G Mobile WiFi + Power
Tattoo 4G Mobile WiFi
I.e. are these Huawei or ZTE devices? Which model numbers? 3G/4G routers usually have a list of compatible modems (as can be seen here: What types of 3.5G modem are compatible with Vigor router ? - DrayTek Corp). I want to buy a modem that is compatible with at least one of the modems listed above.
These are Huawei modems.
Suggest you buy a router which can be flashed with OpenWRT (3rd party router firmware). I used to have a TP-Link MR3420 v1 (only version 1 can be flashed) and the firmware allowed the use of any AT command compatible GSM USB device. It also supports RNDIS which is the standard used by Mifi devices.
