    Delayed delivery of handset and no positive response yet.


      Good Afternoon, I need someone from Globe Team to assist and follow up my handset request for recontract please, it should have been delivered last March 18, 2014 at SM Clark, I called your loyalty hotline the same day, I was informed that I'll be receiving a feedback to your so called Support Team within 24-48 hours. 3 days have passed, and I haven't received any response even a text message only. This is discouraging, more of frustrating rather. You kept on giving dates and timeframe but never really keep your words.
