    Disappointing Experience!!!


      Globe informed my that I will receive my device March 25 but no delivery was made. I called hotline multiple times and multiple escalations created by different reps. Was informed that I will get a call from the support group for the update as to why the device was not delivered but no update still. Tried to ask for Air21 tracking number but they could not provide me. They're all doing the same process which is doing escalations and putting high priority notes but not effective at all. Damn!!!
