    mobile data prob

      I was using globe's mobile data just fine when all of a sudden it disappeared. Like literally disappeared and won't show up on my phone. I can't see either of the usual signal (4g, 3g, H or even E) and of course I don't have an internet connection. What happened? Why won't my mobile data work?

       

      I tried the airplane mode, powercycle, took out the batteries as well as the sim, shut it down and on again. My settings are for post paid bec I am a subscriber of the unlidata 1799 plan. I'm using samsung s4. I also have a full bar globe signal.

       

      What should I do? What's wrong?
