    Termination/temporary disconnection?: dsl globe

      Im planning po na ipa terminate yung 2mb globe dsl with landline ko na naka lockin po 2 years. Hindi ko pa tapos yung contract biglaan kasi alis puntang ibang bansa. Magkano po magagastos pag mag pa terminate ng dsl?

       

      Then may nabasa ako sa net sa scribd sa contract ng globe, na pwede mag apply ng temporary disconnection. Pwede ba sa dsl yun kahit 1 year? Haha. Pero kung pwede baka 2 months lang. Haha just playing chances.

       

      Thank you po sasagot kung magkano termination fee at kung pwede din po matanong anong number ng customer service ng globe hehe. Thanks again

          You are correct that there is a termination fee. The computation depends on the remaining lockup period. Please call the Care hotline for the exact amount that you have to settle.

           

          For Globe Postpaid subscribers (wireless), you can request for temporary disconnection (TD) due to out of the country and that's good for 3months (your line will be reconnected automatically after 3months). Well, I'm not sure if that policy also applies for Globe Broadband/Wireline subscribers. Here's the Talk2Globe Customer Service Hotline for Globe Broadband & Landline subscribers.

            Pwede ka mag request ng temporary disconnection up to 3mons. Kaya lang you need to call the hotline every month.
