    No recontracting or upgrade for Tattoo Postpaid?

      My Tattoo Personalized Plan's contract has already expired last March 2014 and I thought of recontracting and upgrading my modem.  So I called the hotline a few days ago and here's what the CSR told me:  there's no recontracting for Tattoo.  My only option DAW is either to continue with my current plan (with a wonky modem already) or get a new plan (which would necessitate terminating my current Tattoo plan). And I was also advised to go to a Globe store since it is the only venue that could properly answer my queries. Is this true?  Anyone here who has experienced this? TIA
