    billing dispute!!??

    jomzzzzz

      1MBPS WL BUNDLE- P1099             514.89

      GL SOFTSWITCH PHONE LOCK       0.00

      GL SOFTSWITCH NDD                     0.00

      GL SOFTSWITCH-MSF                     0.00

      DYNAMIC IP                                    0.00

      UNLI BB BUNDLE                            46.38

      1MBPS WL BUNDLE- P1099            981.25

      GL SOFTSWITCH PHONE LOCK      0.00

      GL SOFTSWITCH NDD                     0.00

      GL SOFTSWITCH-MSF                     0.00

      DYNAMIC IP                                    0.00

      UNLI BB BUNDLE                              88.39

Total Monthly Recurring Fee (MRF)           1,630.91

as i said earlier naka plan kami ng 1099

      QUESTION:

      2) bakit po dalawa ung "1MBPS WL BUNDLE"  saka ung "UNLI BB BUNDLE" take note ung isa sa WL BUNDLE is 514.89 ung amount saan nakuha un?

Need some clarification on this matter. thank you....

          Hello!

In all probability you were billed for a little more than 1.5 months (1 1/2 months) to adjust the charges you incurred with your assigned billing period.

Do not worry as your next statements would already be normal after this settling initial billing.
