I am a Globe postpaid subscriber for so many years. Since January I started experiencing signal problem from weak signal to no signal at all everyday. I reported this problem since January and until now it has not been resolved. I've done all the troubleshooting and nothing worked. I have talked to a lot of people from the business centers, and still no positive result. I hope this site can help me. I am terminating my contract with Globe and demanded the refund of all my payments and cash out.
