Hi cutiekeshia... as a consumer you have the right to cancel your order as you have done good faith for a product which was made to appear available but in reality was not at the moment of purchase.
I suggest that you coordinate with a Globe business office rather than the hotline so things could be rectified faster although the reversal may take some time. globe may offer you a different unit but it would be up to you to accept it or not.
Hi ChitoReyes, i went to globe podium the other day. they just said that they will sent another email to sales with managers and supervisors CC'd into it.
Fortunately, globe called me yesterday that note 3 is now available and ready for delivery. Today, I received my unit. Thank God:)
