    Signal problem

      This is ARTURO ESPINOZA of Sampaloc, Manila. I am a Globe subscriber for several years now and I am experiencing signal since January. My problem from flactuating signal to no signal at all has been going on since January up to until now. We have done all the troubleshooting to solve the problem. We even replaced the sim card but nothing works. I reported this to problem to Globe since January, not to mention the numerous calls to their hotline and personally going to the business centers to follow-up my complaint, but until now I can't get a direct answer from their side, what really the problem is. I hope somebody can help me.
