          To be realistic, wala na pong nakukulong dahil sa utang... even bouncing checks have been downgraded already and just handled by the Metropolitan Trial Court instead of the Regional Trial Court. The worst that Globe (or their authorized collecting agency) can do is to put a lien on properties that you own but realistically it is a long and tedious and expensive process.

           

          This does not mean however that you should forget your financial obligations for the goods or services that you have used. if you really cannot pay the amount, try to negotiate for a payment schedule or an amount that you can realistically pay for and they might agree to that. Note however that you may be blacklisted as a subscriber in their records and may only be lifted upon full payment of the amount requested.

            Nadali dn ako ng globe eh, ang akala ko pg hindi mo binayaran ang monthly MRF ay madidisconnect ka at the same time mg stop na ung billing, un pla nadisconnect kna tuloy parin pala ang MRF ng hindi ka nila kinokontak, wow aus din ah no hindi mo nalalaman libo-libo na pala ang babayaran mo khit disconnected kana.

                bsbureta the presumption in getting a postpaid line is you will continue to use the service and pay your monthly obligations. If for any reason you can't continue to maintain your account by paying your monthly dues, then the presumption also is that the subscriber should initiate the disconnection. Otherwise, Globe will continue to bill you.

                 

                I'm sure you can't use your line since it's already redirected due to nonpayment. You can have it disconnected permanently by paying first the unpaid dues. If you are still under contract then you will have to pay for the pretermination fee in addition to unpaid monthly dues if you cancel your line permanently.

                    Some pertinent clauses under the Terms and Conditions for Postpaid subscribers:


                    7.7 We reserve the right to bar, suspend or temporarily disconnect the Service(s) in the event we find inconsistencies in the information provided in your application form, non-payment of an overdue account, usage in excess of spending limit, abnormal usage patterns, fraud, or other similar cases. You shall have no cause of action against us for barring, suspension or temporary disconnection. We may resume or reconnect your service(s) once you fully comply with our requirements. Further, you will continue to be liable for any applicable charges and/or fees, including but not limited to the monthly service fees during the applicable period despite the barring, suspension or temporary disconnection of the Service(s).

                    7.8 Further, we reserve the right to cancel or effect a permanent disconnection of your Service(s) if you continue to fail to pay your bill within our identified period. Once the Service(s) is canceled / terminated, all outstanding balance becomes due and demandable.

                    7.9 In the event that you fail and continue to fail to pay your bill, we will engage the services of a collection agency or institute legal proceedings against you to recover the money you owe us and/or recovery fee and/or reasonable costs and legal fees incurred by us.

                    Parehas po tayo. 3 months lang kaming di nakabayad tapos nadisconnect na .ngayon umabot na ng 9K ang bill namin

                      Hindi po kau nadali ng globe you do have your contract and you must have read that. Sa contrata na yan nakalagay na even if your disconnected Monthly service fee will apply. At in the first place why apply for a postpaid if you cant pay your monthly dues. If you apply for postpaid just for the phone sana nag home credit ka nlng. You apply for a postpaid and you should be aware that you will have a monthly bill. you should have terminated your account so  that monthly service fee will not apply but you should settle termination fee if with in contract.

                      kya nga maduga diba, service is temporary disconnected but still charging the monthly bill? magandang negosyo tlga ah no, kya nga lumalago negosyo nyo bilib ako.

                          Sir bsbureta sana nagbasa muna kau ng contrata bago kau kumuha ng linya db? tapos ngaun kau ang galit? ginagamit nyo services ng globe with out paying db and nireremind nman kau ng globe about your past due yet patay malisya lng kau. Hirap kasi para lng makakuha ng phone bnabalewala na basahin ang contrata.

                            1. You blindly signed a contract which, unlike FUP, clearly states what they would do if you failed to settle your dues.

                             

                            2. You are angry at Globe for a fault of your own.

                             

                            3. Did you avail of any device on installment?

                             

                            4. What have you done to remedy the situation since then?

                                  hello ask ko lang din , i have same issues..

                                  bale sept last year ko nkha ung phone then afterwards d ko na binyrn dhl na laslas skn uung phone nkbyd aq ng 1 month aftr mnkaw skn ung phone d ko n bnyrn, i even informed the globe representative at ang snbi skn need ko pdin daw isettle..

                                  nag bill ang account ko for 13k plus..

                                  sept nakha ko phone with 1mnth pay, oct na laslas skn sa lrt then by dec 2015 nag tex sila informng na ang outstanding balnce ko is 13k plus i was shocked i asked for an explantn and they said it is because sa termintn..

                                  eh first and foremost wla nmn n skn ung phone i didnt enjoyed it either ....
