    Where is my phone?


      It was supposed to be delivered on April 30, 2014 according to Globe's CSR, but up to know I haven't received it yet. What is worse is that they don't even know where is it. It's been a week already since their promised date. Is this how they treat loyal customers who have been them since they started the company? They keep on saying they will give feedback after 24-48 hours. What to do? Maybe they need social media exposure for this
