Is there any way to check the range of the specific date of my outstanding balance. I am really confused everytime I check my balance. Its like I just paid then I already have this outstanding balance again. Does the outstanding balance pertains to the current month or the previous month? Because I am pretty sure that I paid my bill last month.
Hi, you may call the 211 hotline to verify if your payment is already posted. If the outstanding balance remains unchanged, its either the payment is not yet posted or there is another bill for the next month.
