Just in case that your Phone Insurance covered Accidental Loss or Theft, Then you must report the incident to the authority within 24 hours and secure Police Incident report, then contact Ace Insurance Hotline and file Claim.

"I need to file a report and make a claim. What should I do?
Call the Globe Gadget Care Customer service hotline at (02) 756-5400 or 1-800-8-7565400 toll free, from 8:30am to 5:30pm from Monday to Friday and report the incident. You may also email or log-in to our partner's website at www.aceinsurance.com.ph. ACE Insurance will gladly attend to all your queries.
Next, download the Gadget Care Claim form and fill it out completely. Then provide all the required documents, (this varies depending on the type of claim applied for), and submit them to Gadget Care through email or fax to begin claims approval.
Once done, pay any outstanding Globe bill account balance and the corresponding participation fee. Submit the proof of payment via email or fax."

Since subscribed ka sa gadget care, pwede yan. Pero miss mahabang process bago mapalitan ang phone mo. You have to pay participation fee pa po, I think sa plan 499, its 1.5k. Tapos walang katapusang follow up pa yan. Dont expect na w/in 1 montht andyan na si new phone. Totoo po labas na ang globe sa gadget care kc ang kausap mo ay ung ace insurance.
