      i recently upgraded our broadband from plan 1099 to plan 1299 in the hope to enjoy a faster internet speed and their promise for a free unlicalls to globe and tm, unfortunately after the upgrade  I was charged for the globe and tm calls that I made. i immediately ask their agent regarding this incident, only to find out that they haven't activated the freebie that they have promised and saying that i should have requested for that. I told the agent that i have requested for it and repeatedly asked the if such freebies will be availed if I upgraded my plan and they said yes, so I have requested for plan upgrade and for the said freebie, only they didnt did so. so now my bill skyrocketed for all the calls I have made which was supposedly free unfortunately due to their agents incompetence and poor service I have to pay for it.
