If the outstanding amount is unpaid and it has gone above your credit limit, then your account may be suspended. If the account is suspended, recontracting "benefits" such as bill rebates or "free" devices may not be given but you will be continued to be charged for your MSF until permanent disconnection.
We suggest that you settle the amount by paying for it or file a dispute if the case applies and hope that it would not reach January 2015.

My apologies for misunderstanding your point.
In a normal situation, you would still have to finish your contract (January 2015) but you may want to let the Recontracting department look into it.
However, if they do not consider your situation as special, please note that amounts exceeding your MSF are converted into Rewards points which you may apply to for bill rebates, buy gadgets and other stuffs (like KFC chicken) or you may even want to consider transferring some of those reward points to my account for giving you this sound advice.
