It should be covered by the Manufacturers Warranty which is usually 1 year from date of purchase. Contact or bring it the local LG service center with your proof of purchase from Globe or a certification from Globe that you got the unit from them (date inclusive).
About sa warranty ganito yung process.. Within 7Days from the date of purchased, valid for replacement. If handset is within 1 year still valid for service warranty. Pwede pa icoordinate sa Globe store for service warranty. Then inform ka na lang nila kung paano magiging process. Sila na magdedeliver sa manufacturer, then sila na din magbibigay ng details if it is still valid for replacement.

If your phone is outside of the 7 day return warranty but within the 1 year Manufacturer's warranty, I strongly suggest that you bring it straight to the LG Service Center rather than bringing it to Globe. It cuts a lot of time since Globe would still have to schedule when they will bring it to LG and LG would have to schedule when to bring it back to Globe when it's done.
