One thing I learned with Globe is that it takes some time for them to reconcile figures specially when availing devices as the cost is often incorporated to reflect the amount of the gadget. It should not worry you except that it would reflect on your bill but eventually it would be reversed. (Mine got reversed after 6 months of constant follow up). Make sure that you have the reference number or case number of your report in case the dispute gets elevated.
Kung sinabi nila na yung iPhone5S mo is Free upon recontracting, then it should be FREE. Kung sa tingin mo din eh naaabala ka na or naiinis dahil sa paulit-ulit na pag bill sayo ng dapat ay free device, then you deserve a compensation. You should ask for it.
