      Why are you billing me for the iPhone 5S 16GB handset when I recontracted with Plan2499 2 months ago? I already called your costumer service 5 times(!) but the charge still appeared during my latest bill. Are you insisting that I should pay this?

       

      The handset is supposed to be free at that Plan.  Your failure to act on this for 2 months now just shows how useless your costumer service is.
