Have you tried turning off & on your device?
try this steps
1. settings - general - reset - reset network settings
2. settings - carrier - turn off auto -search - tap globe
3. press and hold power and home button till apple logo appears
4. sim\phone swapping
every after each step, monitor if the same issue still persist. if yes, much better to call the hl for proper escalation.

Or if you have time. Try to visit a Globe store and ask for SIM or device check. Or they might offer change of SIM card if the problem is with your SIM..
