try this steps
1. settings - general - reset - reset network settings
2. settings - carrier - turn off auto -search - tap globe
3. press and hold power and home button till apple logo appears
4. sim\phone swapping
every after each step, monitor if the same issue still persist. if yes, much better to call the hl for proper escalation.
My friend also told me that her signal is poor too. I think dito sa bf paranaque mahina talaga signal same thing with my broadband.

1.Soft reset ( Pressing simultaneously the power button and home button until mag appear yung apple logo )
2.Manual Network Selection ( Settings-Carrier-Automatic Off- Select Globe Telecom )
3.Disable LTE ( Settings-Cellular-Cellular Data Network-Disable LTE)
4.Reset Network settings ( Settings- General-Reset-Enter Passcode-Reset Network settings ) ** Let me remind you that all wifi password na previously nagconnect ka will be deleted. ONLY SAVED WIFI PASSWORD.
5. SIM Swapping / Phone Swapping ( Inserting your Globe SIM card to another openline handset or Globe Provided handset. Insert another Globe SIM card to your iPhone handset for you to isolate the issue if ung SIM ung may problem or yung handset. If SIM, visit GTBC for replacement and that is free of charge,just bring a valid ID. If handset, if covered pa ng warranty, it will undergo repair. If not, local technician,however pwede naman sa GTBC yun nga lang you have to pay some fees.
