I've been trying so many times to request my billing statement through the globe website but I don't receive any email about my billing statement. Only a text message that states that the request was completed and the reference number. Am I missing anything here or is it globe's fault?. I already sign up in the paperless billing.
The delivery of monthly bills will depend on your billing cut-off date / billing cycle. Paperless billing usually arrives 2 days before your cut-off date.
