hi ownwlsn I assume your account is new. If you registered to paperless billing, your monthly bills will be sent to your nominated email address, usually 6-8 days after your cut-off. Or if you preferred the printed bill, it will be sent your registered billing address, usually at the same time period after cut-off.
But since your account seems to be fairly new, it may take a while for it to be available via *143# or the MyAccount at Globe website. Hence, you may call 211 or send a tweet to @talk2globe.
