    Re-contract Sim Activation Takes Too Long


      My sim was supposed to be activated in May 27 but up until now, it's not. Everyday, I'm following up and I get the same answer from Globe - "Please monitor for 24 hours.....". It has been a week and I still get the same response.


      I'm doing this over live chat because when I try to call 211, it will drop my call, but that's another problem.


      Does it really take this long for an online activation? Going to a shop and asking for a new sim only takes 15-30 minutes.
