we customers need specifice dept and person to address our problems and complaints with globe....wag naman yun mga frontliners lang na wala naman magawa kundi kuhanin ang problema namin at sabihin maghintay ng 48hrs..madami na 48hrs akong nagawa sa paghihintay from may 12, 2014 to now, june 5, 2014...wala pa ring malinaw na sagot...need specific person to taalk to and his/her contact number
