    system error in recontracting


      I called Globe to recontract my mobile but while doing so, they are getting a system error. I followed up three times and all they tell me is that they will escalate this. They escalated the problem 3 times already! There is still no update about this. Who do I need to go to in order to,get this done? I'm sick,and tired of calling Globe. And you don't text or call me back for,an update.
