    Globe Yo! Account Problem

      I cant log in my account since yesterday, I was prompted "User not found" how this had happen I always maintain load on my account so it doesn't expire.

       

      I tried calling the hotline and chat support for assistance but they are on the limbo what the heck I was talking about, instead they provided me an email and land line number  which i also found on the discussion here at the community

      So i tried to email yo-registration-support@stratpoint.com but with no luck my email bounces back.

      I called +632 7462761 and the operator was also confused where to route my call.

      then i tried calling +63 9277164731 but only kept of ringing.

       

      This was so frustrating, It was stated on the yoclick.net website that after sales/ account related concern for Yo! account should be handled by them yet those agents gave me a runaround.

      I still had load credits left on my account, sayang naman po kasi.
