    Charged for Superduo that I never subscribed to.

      In September last year, I applied for an internet subscription with Wimax. The salespeople that I spoke with told me that is is bundled with a Home Phone. We were then given a sim card for it.

       

      We are receiving two separate bills for it - for the Wimax and for the sim card (which is supposed to be the Home Phone bundle).

       

      The problem is, I keep getting charged with SuperDuo amount to Php 599. This happens EVERY MONTH.

       

      I NEVER subscribed to SuperDuo. As far as I know the mobile service we get is the bundled Home Phone plan.

       

      I tried to speak with customer support but I keep getting transfered from Wimax support to Postpaid support and back. I feel like a tennis ball already. Wimax people would confirm that it IS indeed a home phone bundle but would tell me the adjustment should come from the Postpaid people. The Postpaid people keep insisting that I am subscribed to SuperDuo. I will of course explain that it is bundled with Wimax plan that I applied for. Then I will get transfered again. ABRUPTLY.

       

      WHY DO I EVEN GET BILLED FOR THIS SUPERDUO?

       

      Did the salespeople lie to me when they said it is a bundled plan?

       

      Why do I get bounced back and forth between Wimax and Postpaid support?

       

      This is ridiculous. They should have just said kung bundled ba or not.

       

      If it is truly a bundle, as was promised by the salespeople upon application, then we should NOT have to pay on top of the Wimax fees.

       

      I KNOW THAT I AM SUBSCRIBED TO A TEXT PROMO AND INTERNET PROMO AND I WILL PAY FOR THOSE BECAUSE I KNOWINGLY SUBSCRIBED TO THOSE SERVICES AND DID USE THEM.

       

      But SuperDuo?

       

      Just tell me if the salespeople lied and the Globe Account Dashboard is lying when it says “PLAN 1299 WIMAX WITH HP BUNDLE" whenever I would sign in.

          • how much is your MSF for the data service? do you see ah 599 cr on your bill?
          • as mentioned your msf for superduo is 599.- super duo is the call service itself and indeed it is a bundle promo. you will received a separate bill for this but this will not supposed to exceed on the contract plan. unless you make a call to other network and make a txt to even globe and TM or other network. please note that superduo is not unlicall and txt this is only unli call to globe and tm and landline within the service area and superduo number.
          • for the data and superduo this is being handled by two different tower (department.) that is why they need to transfer your call to mobile postpaid.

          please call the Billing hotline to clarify the bill you received..211 using your superduo number..
