it is better if you visit the globe store in where you applied the plan, this might need a rechecking of the sim.
you may call the hotline for better assistance ..
so that they can check your simcard also the phone' if ever you dont have a time to go to globe store,
and if ever you will go to globe store bring 1 valid id.
just dial 211 for mobile users
and 730-1000 for landline ..
